Legal Aid & Advisory Authority
History
The Legal Aid & Advisory Authority (LAAA) was established by the Legal Aid & Advisory Act 25 of 1976. The Legal Aid & Advisory Authority Offers:
- Legal Advice; and
- Representation to persons eligible under the provisions of the Act.
Legal Advice is given on all general areas of Law, Criminal and Civil Matters including Family and Property Matters and Applications for the Grant of Letters of Administration or Probate where the value of the estate does not exceed $100,000.00 in value.
